Reception Time Investment Breakdown

CONSULTATION WITH YOUR MASTER OF CEREMONIES ~ 1-2 hours
At this first meeting we will discuss the vision you have of your wedding day. This will cover all aspects of your reception, from entrance of your first guest to the farewell dance. During your consultations, you will be given ideas to customize and personalize your reception, in order to make it unique and creative. The Disc Jockey will also answers any question you about our company, on-line wedding planner ect.

CUSTOM EVENT AGENDA ~ 2-3 hours
The disc Jockey will assistance through the planning stages, and are available to answer your questions. We are always monitoring your on-line wedding planner, and offer our advice and suggestions to make the planning stage less stressful. Once the planning is completed, we take everything and produce a formalized agenda for the day.

MUSIC RESEARCH ~ 1-2 hours
Making sure that all your favorites and specific requests are on hand is very important. If there's a song that's not in our music database, we will go out and purchase this special song. In some rare cases, if a song selection or request is not commercially available or hard to find, we may ask you to provide a copy of this music request.

PRE-RECEPTION COORDINATION ~ 1-2 hours
We will work with any professionals or friends or family members to iron out any details of the reception in advance. Additional photography or video shots, unique arrivals, special songs, readings, toasts, presentations or performances will be properly orchestrated to fit the flow of the reception. This will ensure that no details are overlooked, freeing you to enjoy your reception

Final Event Consultation (Conference Call) ~ 1 - 2 hours
This conference call usually take place 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding. We will set up a time to go over all the event details, and go thorough the on-line wedding planner information. During this time we will answer any final question that you have about your dream wedding..

EVENT PREPARATION, TRAVEL & SET-UP ~ 4-5 hours
We arrive at your event between 60-90 minutes before the start time to insure proper set up and sound check before your guest arrive. Equipment is set up, sound checked and customized to the room’s acoustics so that the first guest hears and sees perfection.

EVENT PERFORMANCE ~ 4-6 hours
From the moment your first guests arrives until the final goodnight, we will supply you with a non-stop high quality sound system, music entertainment, announcements, coordinating and Master Of Ceremonies services, the finest equipment and legal music libraries, backup equipment on site. Includes full direction and coordination of all vendors, wedding party and family.
